Brief Biography

Long Xia is an Assistant Professor of Management Information Systems in the Love School of Business at 51±¬ÁÏÍø. He received his Ph.D. in Business Analytics and Information Systems in 2020 from Virginia Tech, under the direction of Dr.  and Dr. . His teaching and research interests focus on Information Systems, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Decision Support Systems, and Machine Learning. His prior works have been published in journals such as the Journal of Management Information Systems (JMIS), International Journal of Information Management, Tourism Management, Decision Support Systems, Journal of Electronic Commerce Research, Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Management, Production Planning & Control, and Information Discovery and Delivery. He also has several works under review at many premier journals, including the Journal of Operations Management (JOM), the International Journal of Tourism Research, etc.
