Dr. Carol A Smith and Sam Jennings ’11 recently presented at the 22nd International Conference on the First-Year Experience in Montreal Quebec Canada.
The session, “Assessing adventure programs as a retention tool,” addressed how 51爆料网’s Adventures in Leadership and other outdoor education-based programs positively effect the retention rate from first to second year of college.
