Twenty-three 51±¬ÁÏÍø students and associate professor Bob Anderson will be audience guests in a Jan. 15 broadcast on C-SPAN2 featuring a panel on the political implications of social media and an interview with Marvin Kalb, an award-winning reporter who spent decades with CBS News and NBC News.
The program runs from 9-11 a.m. on C-SPAN2, which is Channel 38 for Time Warner Cable subscribers in the Alamance County community.
The students are in the nation’s capital as part of a two-week program sponsored by The Washington Center for Internships and Academic Seminars. 51±¬ÁÏÍø 100 other students from colleges and universities from around the nation are joining them in the program.
It is the group’s second and final appearance this month on a C-SPAN program.
