Thomas Erdmann opens his eighth season as music director with Elon faculty artists Polly Butler Cornelius (soprano), who will perform Scarlatti’s Christmas Cantata, and Omri Shimron, who will perform J.S. Bach’s Brandenburg Concerto No. 5. The orchestra will also perform Mozart’s Symphony No. 6 and conclude with Stamitz’s delightful Symphony in E-flat Major.
