Claudine R. Moreau, lecturer in the Physics Department at 51±¬ÁÏÍø, won first place in the 2011 The Pinch Literary Awards contest in poetry.
Her poem titled “Father-in-Law in His Tighty-Whities” was selected by the poet Jeffrey McDaniel of Sarah Lawrence College to receive a $1000 prize and publication of the poem in the Spring 2012 issue of The Pinch.
