This year, Carroll and fellow panellists from the CDC/HIDTA Overdose Repsonse Strategy shared data collected through an interdisciplinary research project exploring implementation methods for linking individuals with opioid use disorder to evidence-based care following an interaction with law enforcement. Carroll's presentation specifically focused on the development and findings of a major review of available evidence on strategies to prevent opioid overdose,
