The new color system makes it possible for Print Services to have the capability to print items previously sent to off campus printers.

Sparks is representing the National Association of College and University Mail Services.

Sparks’ primary responsibility will be to assist the Postal Service and the mailing industries have a formal exchange of technical ideas for the lifecycle of the Postal One software with a focus on Postal One’s impact on college and university mail operations. The committee will also assess the current standards for mail preparation and develop new mailing standards as new technical advances evolve. The appointment is for two years.
