Posts by dduncan2 | Today at Elon | 51±¬ÁÏÍø /u/news Fri, 29 May 2026 15:17:18 -0400 en-US hourly 1 New Student Bar Association Congress Announced /u/news/2008/04/08/new-student-bar-association-congress-announced/ Tue, 08 Apr 2008 20:21:00 +0000 /u/news/2008/04/08/new-student-bar-association-congress-announced/ A new Student Bar Association Congress was officially sworn in on March 20, 2008.  This group, which serves as the student government at the law school, is made up of four first year students and six second year students.  The new members include Executive Council members Damon Duncan – President, Ted Johnson – Vice President, David Klein – Treasurer, Jennifer Fleeman – Secretary and Legislative Council members Jason Aycoth, Kyle Ostendorf, and Barnes Stephenson as 2L Class Representatives and Justin Enecks, Meghan Howard, and Dan Nash as 1L Class Representatives.  This group will hold weekly meetings and hopes to serve the student body at the 51±¬ÁÏÍø School of Law.

The Periclean Scholars program is for students who feel passionate about making a difference in the world, and are willing to make a long-term commitment to a cause.

To apply for the Periclean Scholars program all you need to do is (1) get a letter of recommendation from a GST 110 professor, (2) write a letter of interest, and (3) get these materials to 2182 CB, Dr. Tom Arcaro by March 19 before 5 p.m.

The application includes a letter of recommendation by a Global 110 professor and a letter of interest (explaining why you wan’t to be a Periclean Scholar).
