A Portrait of the American Working Class-photo documentary, May 7

Join us as we present our photo documentary on the common struggle of the working class in Alamance County. Showing is on Monday, May 7th, 2007 in the Isabella Cannon Room at the Center for the Performing Arts. Refreshments and photo exhibitions begin at 5:30pm and film screening is at 6:00pm. Come join us as we learn about the lives of the working poor right here in Burlington.

Walk to end Alzheimer’s with Sigma Kappa! Join us in Burlington’s Memory Walk sponsored by the Alzheimer’s Association on April 28 at 10am at the Burlington Mall. Sign up to walk, give donations, or buy a forget-me-not for $1 to honor a victim of Alzheimer’s at the Sigma Kappa table in Moseley this week from 11am-2pm.

Join the sister’s of Sigma Kappa and sign up to walk in Alamance County’s annual Memory Walk for the Alzheimer’s Association on April 28 or make donations to support the cause. We will also be selling forget-me-nots to honor those victims of the disease.

Walk for a cause and there will be lots of free food, entertainment, and fun. Sign up or make donations at our table in Moseley from April 18th-25th!
