Volunteer over Spring Break in Mexico

Hola chavos!

Still making your spring break plans? I’m leading a group of
students who want to do a trip a little bit more on the independent side, off
the beaten path. We will be going to Cuernavaca, Mexico, to do volunteer work
and meet and live like Mexicans.

We will be working with the nonprofit: Por un mejor HOY (For
a better TODAY – www.hoycommunity.org), doing projects with kids, adolescents,
the environment and whatever else you may be interested in! I will be showing
you the Mexico the locals know, so only adventurous people please!

Interest meeting

When: Wednesday, January 21st at 5:30 pm

Where: Moseley Fire Lounge

Trip dates: March 20-30, 2008

Cost: no more than $1000 (including airfare)

Win Stuff has gone a cappella

Just in time for Acappalloza, the latest Win Stuff episode is all a cappella. Catch Sweet Sigs’ Michele Hammerbacher and Jamie O’Brien and Twisted Measure’s own Cooper Campbell battle it out to see who is the pop trivia champion among the a cappella singers.

When can you see this singing pop trivia goodness? This episode will air everyday on ESTV Channel 14 at 7:30 until Oct. 29! Be sure to watch!
