All halls close Wednesday, November 23rd at 10:00 am, and re-open Sunday, November 27th at 2:00 pm. Students are not permitted to remain in the residence halls or the Loy Center over the break. Students who do not follow the closing schedule will receive a $50 per hour fine and be required to appear at a disciplinary hearing. Please contact the Assistant Director of your area by Monday, November 14th if you are unable to leave for academic reasons.

Please remember to:

 Close and lock windows

 Turn off lights

 Unplug all items (except for fridges and aquariums)

 Take out trash

 Remove objects from the floor

 Lock your door

 Take valuable belongings home with you

Housing staff will be conducting routine health and safety inspections of each room during the break.
