4th annual BC/EFA Benefit Concert – Jan. 17

Elon’s 4th annual Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS benefit concert will be held January 17, 2009.

Performances will be at 4 and 7 p.m. in Yeager Recital Hall. Admission is free, but donations are greatly appreciated.

Over the last 4 years, 51�� has raised more than $5,000 for those living with HIV/AIDS. BC/EFA is “the nation’s leading industry based HIV/AIDS fundraising and grant-making organization.”

January 12^th, 2008 marks the 3^rd
annual Broadway Cares Benefit Concert at 51��. Over 35 students,
faculty, and staff will perform in what will be an exciting evening of
entertainment.

Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS is the nation’s leading industry-based
HIV/AIDS fundraising and grant-making organization.

Performances will be at 4 & 7 p.m. in Yeager Recital
Hall. There is no cost for admission, but donations will be greatly
appreciated.

SGAC’s first meeting of the year Monday Sept. 10

SGAC’s first meeting of the year will be this upcoming Monday at 7
pm in Moseley 230! All those interested in participating in the year’s events should plan on
attending.

The Student Global AIDS Campaign (SGAC) is a national
student and youth movement with chapters at high schools, colleges, and
universities across the United States committed to bringing an end to HIV and
AIDS in the U.S. and around the world through education, informed advocacy,
media work, and direct action.

Come to this week’s meeting and learn about the many exciting
events that will take place this semester!

Thursday – Sunday, February 8-11, 2007
McCrary Theatre: 7:30 pm, Thursday –Saturday and 2 pm on Sunday
Admission: $12 or free with Elon I.D.

A fun fun time is in store for you this weekend at McCrary Theatre. An “old-fashioned” musical comedy with lots of gags, gals and great songs can describe the 1980 Tony award winning musical.

Donations for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS will be collected at the Friday night performance. Donations collected on Saturday night will go to those who need financial support in order to recieve cancer treatments.
