He will be presenting information on awards that provide generous funding for students who want to study critical-need languages abroad in non-Western European countries. If you have any interest in language-based study abroad, either as an undergraduate or potentially as a graduate student, please come learn more!

We help students find and apply for over 50 competitive fellowships, including the Rhodes, Fulbright, and Marshall.  There are opportunities for students of all majors and all years.  

Come by on Friday to learn more.  We also do individual appointments by request.

Have you ever considered

  • Conducting research abroad? 
  • Teaching English abroad? 
  • Pursuing a Master’s degree abroad?  
  • Taking summer classes in the United Kingdom?

If so, Fulbright may be for you! Fulbright U.S. Student grants send students to over 155 countries to conduct research, teach English, or pursue a master’s degree abroad for one year. 

Fulbright Summer Institutes send first- and second-year students to the U.K. to study and explore for up to six weeks.  

Interested? Come Feb. 5 at 4:15 p.m. to Lindner 208 to learn more. A representative from the Institute of International Education, Lee Rivers, will be on campus for one day only to share information and answer questions. All students welcome. It’s never too early to begin thinking about Fulbright!
