Phoenix football tailgating fall 2010

Tailgating is rapidly becoming an Elon tradition. Nothing could be better than gathering with friends before home football games. Elon is a beautiful setting for college football and we welcome groups of students to register for tailgating in the reserved Student Zone.

Students can download the Tailgating Registration Form from the Student Activities website (click the link to the right). Fill out the form and bring it by Moseley 207, or mail it to Bobby Dunlap, 2975 Campus Box, Elon, NC 27244. All registration forms must be received a minimum of 8 days prior to the game — this allows time to share information with campus police, arrange for passes and order necessary supplies.

Note: Student Zone Packages are limited. All requests will be considered on a first come, first served basis, but groups may lose tailgating privileges if deemed necessary based on prior behavior.

Described as a mix between Led Zeppelin and the Black Crowes, Jive Mother Mary will be playing at Lighthouse on Thursday, October 1st.

Hailing from Alamance County, North Carolina, the group have just released their full-length debut, ‘All Fall Down. Come see these incredibly talented young musicians perform songs from their new album as well as other songs! Doors open at 9 pm!
