Monster Golf Under the Lights: Oct. 24

Campus Recreation will host the first “Monster Golf Under the Lights” tournament on Oct. 24 from 7-9 p.m. on South Campus. All proceeds from the event will support Elonthon.

Two-person teams or individuals will compete on a 4-5 hole monster golf course located throughout the South Campus fields. Prizes for the top winners will be awarded.

Entry fees for the tournament are $5 per team or $3 per individual. All equipment will be provided, and food/drinks will be available to participants. A separate Monster Golf Long Drive competition will be set up on the side, as well as cornhole boards and music.

You may sign up anytime at South Campus (inside the Harden Clubhouse), either by phone (336-278-4653) or in person.

Buddy Night at the Driving Range: Thursday, Sept. 25

The Driving Range will be hosting “Buddy Night” from 4-7pm on Thursday, September 25th. You can come to the range and purchase any size bucket of balls, and your friend will get a medium bucket for FREE!

Rental clubs can be provided for free upon request. We accept cash, Phoenix Cash and credit/debit cards.

CRec Classic Golf Tournament at the Driving Range April 25

The Driving Range will be hosting the 3rd annual CRec Classic this Friday April 25th at 3:30pm.

It is a Drive, Chip, and Putt contest where you can compete as an individual, or form 2-person teams to test your golf skills against Elon’s best.

It is free to enter, and you can sign up at the Driving Range or Koury up until the start of the event.

Prizes will be awarded to the top winners

Fac/staff Fridays at the Driving Range

Fac/Staff Fridays will take place every Friday at the Driving Range from 3-7 p.m. This is the newest event that the Driving Range is offering and it is designed specifically for fac/staff and their family/guests.

   Faculty and staff can take advantage of 1 of 2 deals:

    1.) Purchase a medium for the price of a small, or a large for the price of a medium

    2.) Bring a guest (family member, student, etc), purchase a medium or large and receive a small bucket for free!

We look forward to seeing faculty and staff at the range this and every Friday!

Driving Range open for all of Fake Break

The Campus Recreation driving range will be open from 12pm-6pm everyday throughout Fake Break. We are located in the Harden Clubhouse on South Campus.

Campus Recreation’s Driving Range now accepts cash as a form of payment for buckets of golf balls. The warm weather as of late makes it a perfect time to work on your golf game over Winter Term. The Range still accepts Phoenix Cash and Debit/Credit cards.

The hours of operation for the entire month of January are 12-6pm every day.

Be one of the first members to join the all new “Swingers Club” at the Driving Range.

Upon signing up you will receive a free key chain that will earn you points for every bucket you purchase. After 7 medium buckets, you will receive your 8th free! C Rec Classic at the Driving Range on Friday, April 27

This Friday, April 27, from 3-5pm, the Driving Range will be hosting the 2nd annual C Rec Classic. It is a drive, chip, and putt competition with prizes included. The top 3 finishers overall will receive prizes, plus the top finishers of each event. Entry is free, and signs up start April 23 and will run up to the beginning of the event.

Tonight from 5pm-7pm at the Driving Range, Campus Rec is hosting THE FINAL Buddy Night of the year. This is your last chance of the 2006-2007 year to enjoy Buddy Night. You and your friend can come out and buy any size bucket, and get a medium one for free. Free soft drinks for participants.
