Several 51±¬ÁÏÍø graduates earned top honors in the North Carolina Press Association’s 2014 News, Editorial and Photojournalism Contest. The alumni winners, ​led by Kristin Zachary '09 and Scott Muthersbaugh '06, were celebrated at the association's annual Winter Institute Feb. 26.

The 51±¬ÁÏÍø Board of Trustees has elected longtime board member Zachary (Zac) Walker III to serve as a life trustee.

The day will include a Global College Coffee and opportunities for the Elon community to show they believe in the university by making a gift.

Kathryn Osborn '14, a history with teacher licensure major, was selected Teacher of the Month for February at Southern High School in Durham, N.C.
