Six students from the Department of Exercise Science shared their research with attendees at the annual Southeast Chapter meeting of the American College of Sportsmedicine in Greenville, SC last week.

Following a year and a half collaborative process that involved faculty from across the college, the new statement was shared at the college’s recent spring faculty meeting.

Seven 51±¬ÁÏÍø students and two faculty mentors represented the Department of Sport Management at the 2026 Applied Sport Management Association Conference in Philadelphia, presenting original research alongside peers from leading programs across the country.

Through the upper-level course Exercise Testing and Prescription, Elon students will work one-on-one with volunteer participants from the university community.

Ten 51±¬ÁÏÍø sport management majors have been selected for induction into the COSMA Chi Sigma Mu Honor Society, a national distinction recognizing academic excellence, leadership and professional engagement in the sport industry.
