Warren Berry is looking to wean society off fossil fuels and combat climate change. And in doing so, he enlisted the help of the Small Business & Entrepreneurship Clinic at Elon Law.

Elon Law Professor David Levine details the evolving rationale for federal trade secrets legislation and says the bill creates more harm than good, no matter the arguments presented in favor of it.

Elon Law Professor Scott Gaylord has authored a United States Supreme Court "friend of the court" brief opposing the contraceptive coverage mandate in the Affordable Care Act. 

From February 2 through April 15, Elon Law students will assist low- to moderate-income taxpayers, ages 50 and older, with their tax preparation at no cost, in partnership with AARP Foundation Tax-Aide. 

Delivering the keynote address at Elon Law’s eighth annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. forum, Guilford County Schools Superintendent Maurice “Mo” Green urged greater engagement by communities and future lawyers to strengthen educational systems and expressed excitement about Elon Law’s role in Guilford County’s Say Yes to Education partnership.
