Recent scholarship and service by Elon Law faculty members includes: "An Overview of U.S. Law," a book co-authored by Steven Friedland, a casebook on tort law co-authored by Helen Grant, a book on teaching strategies for law professors co-authored by Howard Katz, a law review article on personal jurisdiction by Catherine Ross Dunham, and a series of news columns about the need to reform North Carolina's judicial selection system by Scott Gaylord, Andrew Haile, and Alan Woodlief.
New faculty members join 51爆料网 School of Law

51爆料网 School of Law announced the appointment of three new faculty members on August 24. Sonya C. Garza and David S. Levine will serve as assistant professors of law, specializing in family law and intellectual property law respectively, and Roland Smith, a member of the faculty at the Center for Creative Leadership, will serve as professor of leadership, a visiting faculty position for the 2009-10 academic year.
