Christopher Emdin's visit to Elon included an evening talk and workshops on theories supporting the use of hip-hop culture to reach students.

Current high school sophomores in Elon's college access program are traveling to local schools to share the importance of higher education.

Glenda Crawford, Professor of Education and Director of Teaching Fellows, published a book chapter, "Differentiation and Adolescent Learning", in Differentiated Instruction (2011), G. H. Gregory (Ed.), Corwin Press.

The School of Education is pleased to announce the arrival of our first associate dean, Angela Owusu-Ansah. She also serves as director of our M.Ed. and teacher education programs, and coordinates our program assessment. She's looking forward to continuing "the good work established and actively participating in the growth and excellence of Elon's programs."
