The 51±¬ÁÏÍø MSBA & AI Flex Program prepares working professionals to understand AI, implement AI solutions and lead organizational transformation to create new products and ventures powered by cutting-edge AI technologies and large language models (LLMs). This program will help you learn and develop the AI skills to solve real business problems, improve workplace productivity and potentially create entrepreneurial ventures.

The MSBA & AI Flex Program in Charlotte shares the same core curriculum as the Elon MSBA & AI, yet offers a distinct professional experience with the completion of an AI Portfolio.

AI in Action Focus

Through a year-long practicum, students will develop AI-powered products, services and workflow solutions while learning how to improve productivity, automate processes and support smarter decision-making. Students will gain the skills to lead AI adoption within organizations, identify new opportunities for innovation and entrepreneurship, and build portfolio-ready projects that demonstrate their ability to turn AI capabilities into measurable business value.

Domestic AI Trek

Students may participate in an optional immersive experience in locations such as New York City or San Francisco, engaging with leading firms to understand how data and AI are driving organizational change.

Charlotte Professional Community

The professional development course and co-curricular programming are designed specifically for Charlotte-based professionals and include mentoring, events with local business leaders, and engagement with the MSBA & AI Flex advisory board in Charlotte.
