Five students and one staff member from the School of Communications provided video and social media coverage for the annual forum that brings together world leaders to discuss topics relating to food, health and prosperity. Two other Elon students attended the conference as fellows.

Elon Law Professor David Levine coauthored a Nov. 17 letter to Congress, signed by 42 law and technology scholars, opposing passage of the Defend Trade Secrets Act of 2015 (DTSA) on grounds that it inadequately addresses cyberespionage while creating greater problems in legal and economic spheres. 

The university has received a STARS Silver rating from the Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education.
