10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. - Promotion & Tenure Fall Information Session

10:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m. - New Student Sessions on "Being an Engaged Student" | Session 1
Location:Â Various Locations
Intended Audience: New students and faculty and staff who are leading the sessions.
Students will meet with a faculty member to discuss their responsibilities in the Elon learning community. A locator guide will be distributed to each session’s instructor for finding their building and room location.
11:00 a.m.-12:00p.m. - Occaneechi Band of the Saponi Nation (OBSN) Centered Educational ResourcesÂ
Location: Moseley Center 215
Learn about community-centered work being done in relationship with the Occaneechi Band of the Saponi Nation (OBSN). The OBSN heritage language and learning working group will share educational activities, qualitative data gathered from Elon faculty and staff, and upcoming events that center Indigenous and OBSN priorities.

1:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m. - Elon Collect: Showcasing Your Scholarly and Professional Work
Location: Belk Library 113
Join Belk Library staff in an interactive workshop to learn more about the new institutional repository, Elon Collect. Built for sharing scholarship, creative and professional works, data, and teaching materials from across campus, this session will reveal what belongs in and how to deposit for long-term access and heightened visibility. This hour-long session will run at 1 pm and subsequently at 2 pm.

Elon 1010 Advisors are available in their offices to meet with new students who have questions/concerns about registration or class selection.
2:30 p.m.-3:30 p.m. - American Association of University Professors (AAUP) Interest Meeting

Intended Audience: Teaching Faculty
The American Association of University Professors, 51±¬ÁÏÍø Chapter, is hosting an informal interest meeting. Teaching faculty members interested in learning more about the organization are encouraged to drop by.
