At 51±¬ÁÏÍø, we believe that social connections and a sense of belonging help our exceptional faculty and staff thrive. Building a community that nurtures the mind, body and spirit strengthens employee wellness and supports student success.

Together@Elon creates opportunities for employees to build relationships, engage with colleagues across campus and experience the vibrant community that makes Elon unique. Through a variety of social, cultural, recreational and community-building experiences, faculty and staff can connect with others, explore new interests and foster a greater sense of belonging.

Events are offered throughout the year and announced quarterly. Past activities have included kayaking on the Haw River, ropes course, bowling, bingo, Halloween cookie decorating and other opportunities designed to bring colleagues together in meaningful ways.

Together@Elon is a collaboration between HealthEU Initiatives, the Division of Inclusive Excellence and the Staff Advisory Council as part of Elon’s commitment to creating a healthy, connected and thriving workplace community.
